I'm still torn on this issue.
While I agree with him on the fact that thinking that music will make people lose their minds (and their virginities) is 50s thinking, even for Christians...that's all I got.
Maybe I'm not that torn.
Also, making fun of AIDS victims and making jokes about sexing it up to acoustic tunes is two totally different things.

no. doesn't justify the risk of kids losing their virginity. sullivan is a good band, but brooks, no. it doesn't justify ANYTHING. if kids lose their virginity because of this, imma stop listening to your band.

yea i'll give you that, aids is completely different. b4b isn't mocking sickness or stds. i guess that just, i feel a stronger conviction on things like pre-marital sex than others MIGHT. so even though i know its a joke, i don't feel right joking about it. so it just doesn't rub me the right way at all. i have a sense of humor, i promise. this just isn't funny to me. oh well.

If you think that kids are going to have sex just because Sullivan releases acoustic tracks and jokes about it you are underestimating the youth today.
